We may share your contact information with data center providers when you submit an inquiry or request a quote for their facilities. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3a. Acquisition submissions and inquiries
When acquisition intake is open, seller submissions collect your business email, company or ownership entity, role, any owner you represent, the opportunity's location and key facts, preferred disclosure level, and your authority and contact confirmation. Buyer inquiries collect your business email, company and role, any buyer you represent, acquisition requirements, timing, budget and contact permission. We also record when the submission was received and its review and notification status.
We use this information to review opportunities and inquiries, check representation and supporting information, and respond about the submission. Submissions are stored as private website records for administrator review. Submitting a form does not create a public listing. Public listing content and its level of location detail require separate approval; a private-only opportunity is not published.
Acquisition contact details are not automatically sent to facility providers or sellers. Buyer details are shared with a seller only with the buyer's permission. An internal company notification contains a submission reference and a link for administrator review, rather than the submitted contact details. The acquisition forms do not send automatic visitor replies or accept document uploads.
The acquisition system uses temporary, hashed identifiers to limit repeated submissions and a temporary receipt reference to display submission confirmation. Please use info@godatacenters.com for requests about access to, correction of or deletion of your acquisition information.
4. Data Security
The website uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. Acquisition submissions are stored as private website records, and access to those records through website administration is restricted to authorized administrators. Please do not send confidential diligence documents through the acquisition forms; they do not accept file uploads.
